Limited to 1 bottle per member Baked bananas and pineapple combined with cinnamon butter, toasted pine nuts and vanilla in an old dunnage warehouse along with casks of spicy rum. On the palate a sweet chilli sauce and ginger marmalade warmth led us to melon, mango and banana flambé covered in honey and a squeeze of lime.
