Evocative aromas of candle wax and honey on crumpets introduced complex arrangements of raisins, gooseberry tarts and Turkish tea with mint and dried apple. The palate carried lots of spice with ginger marmalade and peppermint alongside wonderful sweet elements of baklava, chocolate cake and digestive biscuits.
