A curious but attractive nose – we discovered honeysuckle and herbs in a summer garden, tropical bubblegum, cherry Bakewell and Empire biscuits, golden syrup, lemon bonbons, fruit salad and mojitos. The palate was juicy, fruity and refreshing – pear slices, lemon barley water, raspberry ripple, cherry pie and Starburst; hints of oak and salted pineapple on the after-taste.
