Limited to 1 per member The aroma was earthy and very old with a surprisingly fresh, fruity scent as we imagined a dunnage warehouse storing fresh strawberries, pears and blueberries in wooden crates. The unreduced palate was unbelievably mellow and chocolatey just like a classic Viennese Sacher Torte made with layers of chocolate, apricot preserve and a shiny chocolate mirror glaze finish.
