To continue our Old Orkney brand, we wanted to find a cask that was suitably different from the previous one. This 2004 refill hogshead of Orkney Malt was just the ticket, less peaty than O.O.1, this is more about super classical Orkney heather honey and coastal freshness, with just a wee peck of peat in the background.
