Whisky Sponge Edition No.87 is a Burnside blended malt, distilled in 1996 and aged for 27 years in a single refill hogshead before bottling at natural cask strength. No one knows for sure, but this name is reputedly really a malt with a name that sounds like ‘Bell Whinnie’.
