A lovely clean and fragrant nose greeted the panel before a spoonful of sweet and zesty jalapeno lemon jelly took centre stage. A lovely spicy ginger heat at first on the palate neat followed by mouth- coating and mouth-watering ripe mango slices and in the finish milk chocolate marshmallow teacakes served with a traditional Turkish coffee.
