An intriguing mixture of flapjacks, malt extract, cinnamon buns, chocolate orange and a steak grilling over sweet chestnut charcoal made us rather curious as we took a sip. Wow, it was a smoky and sweet ‘dirty steak’ - think caveman or cowboy.
