We found ourselves strolling through a late summer orchard, such was the wood and fresh fruit vibe on the nose, although this was complicated by honey and candy sweetness, and coconut-perfumed gorse. Despite the alcohol burn at natural strength, we enjoyed chocolate, cherries, vanilla custard, sweet pickled ginger with wasabi and some charred wood.
