Fresh aromas of green apples, gooseberries and kiwi fruit joined honey, sandalwood and the lavender fragrance of washed linen drying in the sunshine. Flavours were spicy in the mouth as wasabi and rocket salad were served with black peppercorns and carnations before sweet notes of toasted marshmallows combined with melon, toffee and a squeeze of lime juice.
