Wonderful warming and comforting aromas: marshmallows, cinnamon swirls, coffee and walnut cake, as well as bourbon cream biscuits, butterscotch, shortbread and fudge. These were followed seamlessly on the palate neat by Turkish delight and a pavlova with melon and basil coulis.
