We all associated the aroma somewhat with the colour green, kumquat (cultivar ‘Centennial Variegated), lime, honeydew melon, kiwi and pistachio ice cream. This theme carried on as we chewed on a green twig before we had a refreshing mint tea followed by a Berliner Weisse beer flavoured with sweet woodruff syrup giving it a vivid lime-cordial hue.
