The nose is as fresh as a stroll through fragrant flower meadows on a summer morning, followed by a breakfast of croissants with apricot jam, apple strudel and a ripe peach. The palate is sweet and warming, but zingy and zesty at the same time – lemon sherbet, cloudy lemonade and various sweet biscuits, with a gentle lift of ginger lingering on the after-taste.
