The nose gave us a kind of mellow yellow vibe – apple pie and crème pâtissière, lemon curd, pineapple and banana, yellow fruit pastilles and poached pears. The palate had a lovely juicy zing – mango, green apple, stone fruits and lemon juice; almonds, hazelnuts and oats to finish.
