Limited to 2 bottles per member The nose took us to a kitchen on baking day – freshly baked fruit tarts, iced cakes and ginger biscuits – with black coffee and dried flowers in hessian strips. On the palate, this feast continued with brown sugar cinnamon toast, shortbread, pain au raisin and vanilla custard pies (the pastry now slightly burnt); the finish combined chilli chocolate and zingy lemon.
