Speyside, Deveron With pear drops, pineapple, lemon, lime and bourbon-based cocktails, the nose was a fresh and bright canvas, across which were smeared bold impasto strokes of set honey. The palate was innocent, sweet and fruity – toffee, fudge and bonbons, with oranges and bananas, and a finish of almonds and mouth-coating butter cream.
