Limited to 2 per member Bold aromas embraced sultanas, raisins and prunes with a mix of tobacco, nut skins and dusty old books, while a touch of caramel peered from behind a rock. The palate was a delicious and complex amalgamation of smoked almonds, toffee and leather alongside rum and raisin fudge, salted caramel ice cream and crème caramel topped with ash.
