Highland, Eastern Clean, sweet and fruity like a late-harvest white wine with an exotic bouquet of orange peel, pineapple and passion fruit complimented by lime and red apples. On the palate an initial perfumed sweetness was balanced by a juicy fruity freshness and a surprising chalky and dry finish of brut nature Champagne.
