The nose took our panellists to a posh tea party in an orchard – Turkish delight, marzipan petits fours and pain au chocolat, washed down with Earl Grey tea. The palate was a more playful mix of bubblegum, strawberry laces, cherry chocolates, sherbet, vanilla and coconut parfait – and the tea was now spicy chai.
