The initial aroma was that of crunchy nutty cornflakes, traditional Yorkshire parkin and dried papaya before sweeter floral honey notes as well as pineapple with lime and vanilla syrup appeared. On the palate dolmades – Greek stuffed vine leaves with an almond yoghurt dipping sauce seasoned with lemon juice.
