A very sweet, summery, floral breeze wafted over us on a hot day as we sat in the shade enjoying cotton candy, sweet popcorn and spaghetti ice cream – noodle-shaped vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce and shredded coconut on top. On the palate, we feasted on marzipan croissants, fluffy whipped cream and vanilla custard slices and, in the finish, churros dunked in a thick chilli-spiced hot chocolate.
