Limited to 1 per member A lovely green, fresh and floral aroma at first, like a machair springing into life after a long hard winter, before the scent of melted butter on warm croissants and spiced carrot cake filled the room. Great sweet arrival on the palate as a chilli spice of dark chocolate dipped grapefruit peels surprised us all.
