The nose neat was dominated by the colour red as in; liquorice, cola, sour apple sweets, Vimto soft drink, currants and toffee apples. On the palate, however, the colour black took over with flavours of blackcurrants, blackberries, treacle, black pepper and the Turkish Bursa black fig.
