A fruity sweetness of apricot and plum jam was followed by apple crumble with prickly mulled spices and a hint of tobacco. A lot of heat but quite sweet like a shot of spiced apple rum liqueur which reminded us of stewed apples with a big kick of cloves and cinnamon.
