Limited to 2 bottles per member Sweet applewood smoke encased a menagerie of shellfish, apple slices and marshmallows while toasted pine nuts and roasted chestnuts joined salted caramel with rum and raisin ice cream. Clean smoke continued onto the palate with a large dose of toffee, dark treacle and molasses merging with coal dust, kippers and pineapple chunks.
