This bottle is limited to 2 per member We were making apricot jam, using a hot copper pan, while we enjoyed a glass of Pinot noir wine with the typical flavours of mushrooms, truffles, all slightly earthy and leathery as well as plenty of spice - cinnamon, caraway and rosemary. With water fruity aromas of cherries, strawberries and ripe tomatoes were entwined with the herbal scent of rhubarb, beetroot and black olives.
