Coconut oil and polished oak beckoned us towards rosemary, basil and thyme while butterscotch and strawberries combined with nutmeg and allspice. On the palate flavours exploded with toffee, fudge and tropical fruits wrapped in herb infused olive oil, marzipan and dark chocolate.
