Plenty of fresh, crisp, citric notes on the nose neat reminded us of our childhood days when we were served a Shirley Temple cocktail – lemon-lime soda and grenadine syrup, garnished with a maraschino cherry. On the palate at first, juicy peaches and apricots were soon followed by a now ‘grown-up’ limeade with white rum and that typical bitter bite in the finish.
