A molten copper breastplate shows ripe, yet savoury, figs, plums and orange citrus fruit with overtones of warm Demerara sugar and marshmallows gently toasting on a skewer of soft warm oak, sprinkled with the merest touch of saw dust. The mouth is invitingly soft and unctuous.
