We imagined a late afternoon/early evening as we sat on a sunlit veranda in a rocking chair with a glass of chilled passerina wine from Italy, enjoying the typical aromas of bright citrus fruits and white peach. On the palate we had salted crisps with a chive and onion dip followed by grilled snapper in a red pepper sauce.
