Limited to 2 bottles per member This was like a hug in a glass – vanilla pear syrup, chunks of pear, lemon juice, plenty of brandy and topped up with chilled soda. The liberal amount of brandy showed up on the palate with ginger and chilli heat at first but that soon subsided into a wonderfully sweet, oaty, lemony and runny honey flavour.
