The nose neat surrounded us with light, fruity and frothy aromas that reminded us of a pineapple and banana custard meringue as well as lemon shortbread cookies. On the palate a zingy lime curd tart with a chia seed base accompanied by fresh strawberries, vanilla Chantilly cream, banana pudding pie and Jaffa cakes.
