The neat nose suggests various things – the spritzy fruitfulness of lime chews, raspberryade and dried cranberries; fudge, toffee and icing sugar sweetness and aromatic hints of vanilla and cassia (Chinese cinnamon). A drop of water brings out even more refreshing fruits (melon, nectarine) all chopped up in syrup with cucumber and mint.
