Nosing this neat we struck up an acquaintance with a fruity, slightly tart, blackberry lemon Pavlova – tender crisp on the outside, sweet and marshmallow-y inside. It was love at first sniff and we celebrated with a glass of raspberry lemonade Champagne punch and rum-spiked roasted caramelised mangos.
