We found a clean, attractive nose of vanilla ice-cream with toffee sauce, raspberry pavlova, cookie dough, white chocolate and lemon cup-cakes – also hints of meadowsweet and elderflower. The palate delivered zesty notes (cranberry, lemon with white rum), bubble-gum, chocolate toffee éclair sweetness and wood-derived flavours of oak shavings, ground ginger, pepper and liquorice.
