Speyside, Spey After the initial, slightly solvent aromas of lemon scented all-purpose cleaner and wood polish, we finished our ‘spring-clean’ and relaxed in an apple orchard enjoying crème caramel and chocolate fudge cake. The taste had all the sweet, sticky, buttery, salted sugary goodness of homemade salted caramels topping a zesty lime cheesecake with a crunchy biscuit base.
