On the nose neat we were lilting with “the totally tropical taste” of pineapple, grapefruit, mango and peach next to Demerara sugar and mangosteens. On the palate neat we remained in South East Asia with Phat Thai - stir fried rice noodles with shrimps in garlic red chilli pepper, palm sugar and lime, commonly served as street food in Thailand.
