Islay We were on the machair, our canvas tent successfully erected, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with rolling waves breaking on the beach whilst eating crab sticks, foam shrimps, warm cloudberry jam on salty crackers and drinking Cannon ball green tea. Later we started making supper; roast cod with Tabasco, monkfish wrapped in pancetta and key lime pie.
