We imagined preparing a classic 'Aviation Cocktail’, with gin, maraschino and crème de violette liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice and garnished with a flamed lemon peel. To taste, lightly salted and a lovely sweet floral smoke with a distinct herbal finish.
