A soft sweet welcoming aroma greeted the Panel; almond croissants, all-butter shortbread, doughnut rings and strawberry summer flan. The taste neat had a gentle heat with subtle spiciness of scrumptious rich peach, cranberry and plum fruit chutney, whilst in the finish rich pears poached in honey and rose water.
