On the nose neat it felt like a colourful plate of yellow, pink and orange macarons as well as cape gooseberries, fragrant purple roses and candy-floss flavoured sweets. On the palate neat we enjoyed Italian - Neapolitan (vanilla extract, cocoa powder and purred strawberry) oats with aged Mosto cotto (Italian grape must syrup) liberally poured over it.
