The initial nose had fruity boiled sweets, vanilla ice-cream, apple strudel and synthetic banana, developing perfume and bitter orange. We found a pleasantly viscous mouth-feel, tangy, zesty citrus flavours (grapefruit, lemon, lime) and some bitter, but enjoyable woody notes (tree bark, root ginger).
