The nose, we agreed, was fruity (tinned peaches, honeydew melon, plum dessert) and sweet (honey, sticky toffee pudding, Victoria sponge), with some spicy, woody notes (tea chests, Oddfellows). The neat palate drew a chorus of hot, hot, hot!
