A wonderful nose which slowed us right down to appreciate those aromas of prunes, raisins, dark chocolate marzipan and Demerara sugar finishing off with nutty notes of walnuts, macadamia and Haribo ‘Crazy Python’. On the palate neat, mellow and well balanced; toasted almonds, ginger snaps and a walnut-crusted pork tenderloin.
