We found this one to be rather typical of this distillery at this age: big, robust, playful, boisterous and ever so slightly unusual. Initial notes of toasted juniper, oiled canvas, curious ointments, quinine, dry linens, lime cordial in soda water, dried rose petals and heather flowers.
