Fruity notes at first, quince and rosewater jelly as well as a passion fruit mojito followed by maritime notes of sea air, seaweed and an old steam puffer leaving the harbour and finally sweet aromas of toffee and cinnamon toast. All beautifully balanced but wait until you’ve tasted it – a myriad of flavours all in perfect harmony, perfumed leathery sweet smoke, salty mackerels, juicy fruits of mango and oranges and a slightly herbal bitter finish.
