A wonderful and well balanced scent of old rose combined with peach and violet as well as perfumed woody aromas set us up for a very romantic journey. In candlelight we shared sherry trifle with layers of sponge fingers, fresh raspberries and raspberry jam, custard and cream and topped with toasted almonds, as well as a stollen wreath with dark rum and lemon marzipan.
