The aroma neat was like woodland sage honey and cinammon spread on shredded pancakes (Kaiserschmarn), whilst on the palate it felt like a Mozartkugel (round sugar confectionary made of pistachio marzipan and nougat covered in dark chocolate) melting in our mouths. Careful when adding water, but then you will be graced with a sticky date cake in a caramel sauce on the nose and with a mouth-watering scoop of Sacher-Torte ice cream.
