Speyside, Spey When we poured this dram, a lovely sweet spice filled the air like being in a kitchen where plenty of Indian dishes were being cooked. We then tried one of them; mild spiced aubergine and coconut curry with cumin, mustard and curry leaves – mmm so good and so tasty!
