We started in Beijing with Peking duck marinated and seasoned in five spice and Sichuan pepper, served alongside a smoky, sweet and sour sauce before we went to Buenos Aires and enjoyed steak accompanied by Chimichurri sauce (parsley, oregano garlic, olive oil, and vinegar and smoked chipotle flakes).
